Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Coco Activewear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • Contact our Customer Care team at [email address] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • We’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For exchanges within Bali, we offer free same-day delivery for the replacement item.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the item.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
