All orders placed through www.cocoactivewear.co constitute an offer to purchase our products. A binding sales contract is established once you receive a confirmation email from Coco Activewear indicating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • You are 18 years old or older, or have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.
  • You understand that the contract is solely between you and Coco Activewear.
No third party shall have any rights to enforce or modify any of the terms of this agreement.
Our website provides a step-by-step guide for placing orders. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order. After placing an order, you will receive:
  • An Order Acknowledgment Email confirming that we received your order (this does not confirm acceptance).
  • A Dispatch Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped — this marks the formation of your contract with Coco Activewear.
If payment or delivery details cannot be verified, Coco Activewear reserves the right to delay or restrict delivery.
All payments made on www.cocoactivewear.co are securely processed through our official payment gateway, DOKU, in compliance with Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. Accepted payment methods include (as supported by DOKU):
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • Bank Transfers & Virtual Accounts
  • E-Wallets (OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, LinkAja, and others)
  • QRIS Payments
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not store or share any of your financial information with external parties beyond what is required for payment verification and transaction completion.
All prices displayed on www.cocoactivewear.co are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT/PPN). While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Coco Activewear reserves the right to cancel any such order and issue a full refund.
We currently provide delivery within Bali and selected areas in Indonesia.
  • Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.
  • Coco Activewear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.
  • If an order is lost due to courier error, we will assist in the investigation and provide a replacement or refund once verified.
Coco Activewear guarantees that all products are manufactured to high-quality standards. This warranty applies only to:
  • Purchases made directly from www.cocoactivewear.co or authorized retailers.
  • Original purchasers, and not transferable to other parties.
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or third-party alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
All warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase provided.
By using our website and products, you agree to indemnify Coco Activewear against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from improper use of our website or products. Coco Activewear shall not be held liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data).
  • Delays caused by courier services, system failures, or events beyond our control.
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse or negligence not related to a product defect.
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) involved in the claim.
Coco Activewear is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
  • War, riots, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or logistical disruptions
  • Failures of internet or telecommunications systems
In such cases, performance of obligations will be temporarily suspended until the event is resolved.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, will fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Denpasar, Bali.
